The Way We Use Information

Please be advised however, that Collette's will not be held responsible for the pleasure you or the recipients of your gift may have when eating our "Gourmet Cookies"! Collette's Baskets does not transfer information from the Web site to third parties online. The only transfer of information which occurs online is to arrange delivery of your out of town shipments.
For your out of town shipments we currently use United Parcel Service. They only receive the recipients name, address and phone number, all billing is between UPS and ourselves.

However, despite our best efforts, mistakes do occasionally happen. As we process your order, we will inform you if any items are unavailable, if a price discrepancy is present or if there will be a delay with your order.

Please note that we DO NOT charge credit cards until your order has been confirmed and approved by you. Collette's Baskets will not be held accountable for errors due to variations or problems with operating systems. Collette's Baskets has made every effort to ensure the calculator function in our shopping basket operates correctly, but shall not be responsible for its errors or omissions.
